Thaw it in the fridge and then stir it up very well before using. It is also freezer friendly if you do want to freeze it. Make up a batch and then keep it in a sealed container in the fridge where it will last up to 5 days. Drizzle olive oil over the head of garlic, rubbing the oil into the exposed garlic cloves. Cut inch off of the head of garlic, so that the cloves are exposed. Remove the outer papery layers from the head of garlic. Allow the cashews to soak for 4-8 hours, or overnight.
